The Checks menu allows the data manager to check for any missing datasets for each study.
To perform a check on a study, select the appropriate study using the drop down menu at the top of the form.
The system will interrogate each of the registered datasets and provide the user a count for each of the dataset types as well as a list of missing files. These files include index, projection, configuration and other associated files. These will be listed in the lower box on the form.
